My professional purpose in life is to establish whole-person culture as the educational model for the rest of the world to follow.

I am the leader of the Paideia community!

As the leader of Paideia community, I am committed to living The 8 Habits and modeling in all my actions the 4 essential roles of leadership.

As the leader, I inspire trust in others by being an authentic model of character, competence and credibility – integrity, intent, capabilities and results.

As the leader, I create vision by rallying the Paideia community around the shared moral purpose of whole-person education.

As the leader, I execute our core strategies through consistent, focused discipline and alignment.

As the leader, I coach the potential in others by unleashing the untapped talent and potential of everyone I come in contact with. As the leader, I balance courage and consideration to protect the moral mission of Paideia – consideration to seek understanding, courage to speak candidly and make difficult decisions.

I am the leader. If others are to follow, I must lead in such a way to inspire trust in me, create vision, execute strategy and raise potential in others.

I am the leader and will lead Paideia to high growth and achievement in our whole-person educational paradigm.
