The Paideia Flight Plan is designed to help scholars graduate high school with an Associate’s Degree at no cost, giving them a head start in college and career success.

To gain admission to the Paideia Flight Plan, scholars must meet all eligibility requirements and maintain academic excellence throughout their participation. Scholars are expected to uphold a strong academic standing; those who fail college courses or whose GPA drops below 3.0 will be placed on academic probation for one semester. During this probationary period, they must reapply to the program to regain full participation.

By adhering to these rigorous standards, we ensure academic excellence and set scholars up for long-term success.

Application Process:

Scholars must submit the following forms to apply for enrollment in the program:
