To that aim, I lead with compassion and by example. I am the calm within, and when necessary, the storm; a tenacious voice for the marginalized – passionately and ethically advocating for equity – even when what is equitable is neither popular nor convenient.

I empower others to achieve their own version of greatness through authentic presence, unconditional positive regard, and facilitating the development of resilience, resourcefulness, course, capacity, empathy, and accountability.
