My mission is to cultivate a positive, safe, nurturing, and respectful learning environment where every scholar and educator has the opportunity to grow, succeed, and become a productive member of the Paideia Academies community.

I believe that academic excellence and positive behavioral outcomes are achieved through proactive leadership, meaningful relationships, and the intentional creation of engaging, supportive, and inclusive learning environments. By educating the whole child—body, mind, heart, and spirit—we empower scholars to reach their fullest potential.

I am committed to fostering a culture that encourages respect, responsibility, resilience, and emotional well-being. Through collaboration with students, families, and staff, I will advocate for equitable opportunities, high expectations, and continuous growth while ensuring every scholar feels valued, supported, and inspired to succeed.
