I will create a safe and welcoming environment for ALL Staff & Scholars to learn, grow, and be inspired to help others. I will promote a cooperative environment where Staff will work together to learn from one another daily. I will help inspire scholars to develop the self-confidence required to succeed throughout their school career and the rest of their lives.

I will stay proactive in my stewardship as Dean of Students by having open communication with Staff and other administration. I will treat all employees and scholars equally.
