I foster a classroom where high expectations, meaningful goals, accountability, and perseverance empower students to achieve more than they thought possible. I believe that challenges build strength, mistakes create learning, and success is measured not only by achievement but also by integrity, resilience, and kindness. While I encourage my students to dream beyond their circumstances, I remind them to never forget their values, their character, or where they came from, because those are the foundations of who they are becoming
