As a leader at Paideia Academy, I understand that our families have entrusted us with the education and development of their children. I take this very seriously and consider it a true honor. It is my highest mission and responsibility to be an ever-growing model of the Paideia Way. I will strive to encourage change from the inside out– internalizing the 7 habits, learning and deeply applying the Paideia model, and exemplifying change by living it. I will live a balanced life so that I have more to give. I will live my life in a way that inspires trust and integrity. I will always have the mindset of a teacher so that I never lose sight of the main focus of everything I am working for– happy, engaged, and excited educators teaching happy, engaged, and excited scholars.
